1.) How do I track my order ?
Tracking of your order status can be found under “My Account”. An email confirmation will be sent out once your payment is successful.
2.) What type of payment methods can I use?
We accept many types of payments including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Interact.
3.) Does Hygge have Cash on Delivery (COD) service?
Unfortunately, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
4.) How do I cancel my order?
Hygge does not accept any change or cancellation of order once it is in the shipping process. For further enquiries, please contact us at hygge@gmail.com.
HYGGE reserves all rights to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraud transactions will be reported to proper affiliated authorities for further investigations.
5.) What is the delivery time?
1-3 working days.
6.) Can I purchase items for delivery outside of Canada?
Unfortunately, we only deliver to Canada address for the time being and HYGGE online store only services within Canada. We are hoping to serve internationally in the near future.
