EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges due to Change of Mind are prohibited. Exchange requests are only applicable under the following conditions, and are subjected to HYGGE approval:

1. Defected or deformed products 
2. Exchange request is only valid within the following 14 days once received
3. Products must be in its original packaging, with its original tags and labels intact

Please be advised that due to clearance and personal hygiene concerns, the following items are non–returnable and non-exchangeable:

1. All bedding accessories (pillows, bolsters, quilts)
2. All sleepwear
3. All sales / price markdown products

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To raise an exchange request, customer is to send an email to hygge@gmail.com, provide the order number, reason for any returns and understand the return delivery charges that might be charged due to the return.
